I believe that coaching is most effective when there is a consistent, ongoing relationship between coach and client. For this reason, I typically work with clients who are committed to their healing journey and are willing to invest in a package of sessions. This allows us to dive deep into your challenges and goals and create lasting, transformative change.


However, I understand that some long-time clients who have been working with me for at least 4 months may occasionally need a one-off session. In these cases, I am happy to accommodate this request at my standard rate of $125 per session. If you are a new client interested in working with me, I require a discovery call to ensure we are a good fit for each other. This call is your opportunity to ask questions, discuss your needs, and determine if my coaching style resonates with you. After the discovery call, if we both feel we are a good match, we will discuss package options and move forward with the intake process.


New clients must have a discovery call with me. Once you become a client and agree to and sign the policies and procedures, I will set up a unique payment link for you to use either to purchase a package of sessions or one-off sessions.

All new clients undergo an intake process to ensure their safety. This process includes completing a detailed client intake form and some client safety information protocols. It will take about four hours, and we can split it into multiple sessions.


A discovery call is a free initial consultation during which we discuss your needs and goals and decide whether we are a good fit for working together. These calls usually last about 30 minutes.


I accept payments through Zelle, credit cards, or PayPal. Once you become a client, I will provide you with a unique payment link for your convenience.


The frequency of sessions depends on your individual needs and goals. During our discovery call and intake process, we will discuss a schedule that works best for you. Many clients find that weekly or bi-weekly sessions are most effective, but we can adjust this as needed.


Yes, I offer a 20% discount when you purchase a package of 4 or more sessions. This can be a great option if you're committed to your healing journey and want to save money in the long run.


I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session, you will be charged the full session fee. However, I understand that emergencies can happen, so please communicate with me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.


I do not offer refunds. If you have contracted a multi-session package, you have one year to use the sessions. You may pay for the entire package upfront or pay as you go.


Yes, all of our coaching sessions and communications are strictly confidential. I adhere to the ethical guidelines of the International Association of Trauma Recovery Coaching. The only exceptions to confidentiality are when there is a threat of harm to yourself or others or when required by law.


As a coach, my role is to help you navigate challenges, set goals, and create positive change in your life. However, I am not a licensed mental health professional and cannot provide therapy or treatment for mental health conditions.


If, during our discovery call or at any point in our coaching relationship, I believe that you would be better served by working with a mental health professional, I will discuss this with you openly and honestly. In some cases, I may provide referrals to licensed therapists or other mental health resources that can offer you the support you need. If you are currently in crisis or experiencing a mental health emergency, please reach out to a crisis helpline, your local emergency services, or a mental health professional immediately. In some situations, I may be able to collaborate with your mental health provider to ensure that our coaching work aligns with your overall treatment plan. However, this would require your explicit consent and the willingness of your mental health provider to engage in such collaboration. My primary goal is to ensure that you receive the most appropriate support for your needs, whether that is through my coaching services or through referral to other qualified professionals.
