While you were busy achieving these things that you thought you wanted, you got further and further away from what you truly desired so much so that now, you have no idea what you want or what makes you happy.

Step 2: Set New Commitments - commit to eliminate self-sabotaging behaviors and beliefs and set new commitments based on the experiences you want to have and the person you want to be.
Step 3: Define and Set Your Values - create a clear set of values for the person you are becoming so you can confidently express and powerfully enforce your boundaries.
Step 4: Create a Personal Mission Statement - create a personal mission statement based on your values which will serve as your compass for navigating the physical and emotional world.
Step 5: Commit to a New Intention - set a new life-defining intention and decide to take action on one thing that will move you closer to the life you desire and learn how to address fear and how to move through it.
Step 6: S.M.I.L.E. - apply everything you’ve integrated through the creation of a 30-day life project and design a daily ritual to maintain personal integrity and support your connection to your intention and vision.
